Where's my parcel?

Enter your order number and the email you ordered with. We'll show you exactly where it is, what the latest scan means, and what happens next.

Your order number is in your confirmation email — it looks like #1042.

What each update means

Carrier wording is written for carriers. Here is the same journey in plain English — the same four stages you'll see in our emails.

Label created

Your order is packed and handed to the carrier. Tracking usually goes live within 48 hours — an empty page before that is normal.

In transit

It's moving through the network. Scans go quiet between hubs and then jump several days at once — that's a handover, not a lost parcel.

Out for delivery

It's on the van today. Make sure someone can take it in, and check your unit or buzzer number is right on the label.

Delivered

The carrier has marked it delivered. If you can't see it, give it 24 hours and check the usual safe places before you write to us.
